Rooms are available from 15:00 on the day of arrival. Unless otherwise agreed, we will hold your room until 18:00. Check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. For a later check-out, please ask at the hotel reception.

All lost items found at the hotel or spa are delivered to the Pirkanmaa Lost Property Office.

Yes! We offer pet-friendly rooms in both the main building and in the Loft apartments.
The main building features Superior rooms with a small balcony.
The Loft pet rooms include either a small unfenced yard or a balcony and are equipped at Economy level.
You can add a pet-friendly room via additional services when booking, or contact our sales team. The pet fee is 25 € per stay and includes a pet towel.
We have two saunas available for private hire.
Located by Lake Kyrösjärvi, around 300 metres from the spa, our saunas can be reserved for private groups. Our atmospheric smoke sauna suits groups of around 20–25 people. Price: 450 € per evening, includes towels.
Our second lakeside sauna, with a traditional steam room, is located on the opposite shore. More information is available here.
We work in cooperation with the Ikaalinen branch of MLL (The Mannerheim League for Child Welfare).
Their babysitters are trained 15–17-year-olds who have completed MLL’s own childcare course, covering topics such as child development, nutrition, common illnesses and accident prevention. The babysitters have also completed supervised practice in family settings.
Childcare can take place in your hotel room or another location agreed with the family, for example outdoors.
Rates (minimum charge 2 hours):
15 €/hour on weekdays
18 €/hour on Saturdays
20 €/hour on Sundays
A travel charge of 10 € applies within the Ikaalinen Spa area.
The babysitter will bring a paper invoice form. MLL handles all salary payments and employer contributions.

Guests with disabilities or chronic illnesses are welcome to bring an assistance dog, in accordance with hotel regulations. Assistance dogs include guide dogs, hearing dogs, service dogs, support dogs and diabetic alert dogs that have received formal training for their task.
An assistance dog can be identified by its harness or vest with a clear marker. The handler is also provided with an ID card issued by the relevant association, confirming their status as an assistance dog user.
An assistance dog is a mobility aid and must not be considered a pet.
Animals are not permitted in the kitchens of the hotel’s restaurants or other food premises, nor in saunas, spa facilities or designated allergy rooms. These rules also apply to assistance dogs.
Please inform us about your assistance dog when making a booking and again upon arrival at reception.
Parking & How to Get Here
Yes – we are also accessible by public transport!
There is a bus stop located directly in front of our spa. On weekdays, buses run approximately twice a day via a connection from Tampere (approx. 1 hr 20 min). From Parkano, direct buses also run about twice a day on weekdays (approx. 25 min).

A taxi from our spa to Ikaalinen town centre takes about 8 minutes and is 6.5 km by car.
From the town centre, there are more frequent public transport connections.
We have 5 charging points located in front of the main entrance, clearly marked in green. Additional charging is available in our indoor parking garage. In the garage, the charging stations automatically stop charging and billing once the battery is full.
The parking garage has a fee of 10 €/night.
Fast charging (DC) is available up to 60 kW. Payment is made via contactless card.
DC: start fee 0.50 €, energy 0.22 €/min
AC: start fee 0.50 €, energy 0.25 €/kWh
A pre-authorisation will be made on your card (shown on screen), and the final amount will be charged after the session, with any excess refunded immediately.
Note: no charge or authorisation will occur unless the cable is properly connected to the car.

Spa
You are welcome to wear any swimwear designed for swimming in our pool area. We kindly ask that you observe good hygiene and shower thoroughly both before and after using the pools. Showering is also important before and after using the sauna.
For the smallest children, we recommend the use of swim nappies.
Swimwear for both adults and children is available for purchase at the spa service desk. We currently do not offer swimwear rental.
No advance booking is required for spa access. Weekends and holiday periods tend to be the busiest times. If you prefer a quieter swim, we recommend visiting outside of those peak hours.
Yes – use of Water Tropic is included for the full duration of your stay, from check-in to check-out. All accommodation includes spa access, except Budget-level bookings, which can be purchased without breakfast or spa use. We kindly ask you to bring towels from your room to the spa.
