Water Workouts

Our programme includes both instructor-led and virtual water workouts. All water workouts are included in every accommodation package and with Water Tropic entry (please note that Budget accommodation can be booked without breakfast and spa access).

Aquatic exercise is an excellent activity for all – it feels light and gentle, yet thanks to water resistance, it’s also highly effective. Water workouts help improve endurance, muscle strength and flexibility.

Our water workout schedule is released for both spring and autumn seasons. During high season* and public holidays, instructor-led classes are held when separately announced. See the current schedule below.

Wellness & Fitness Schedule

*High season: Winter holiday weeks 8–9, Easter (Friday to Monday), from Midsummer to the end of July, autumn holiday weeks 42–43, and 25 December – 6 January. Public holiday weekends (Friday to Sunday) are priced according to the seasonal rate.
