Versatile Spaces at Ikaalinen Spa

What makes a great meeting space? For some, it’s a seminar hall – for others, a small private room. And for a third group, it might just be a lakeside smoke sauna with a terrace. At Ikaalinen Spa, variety is our strength – making it easy for every group to find a space that suits their way of working.

Our main building offers 14 traditional meeting rooms of various sizes, the spacious Arena for hundreds of guests, suite-level rooms ideal for individual or small group work, a wide range of cabinet-style rooms, peaceful lounge areas, a sports hall, a smoke sauna, whirlpools, terrace spaces – and all of it surrounded by the beauty of Finnish nature.

Take the Stage at the Arena

Our Arena adapts to large-scale conferences, fairs, sports events and concerts. It features a stage and a separate balcony. The Arena measures 610 m² and can accommodate 800 people in theatre style or 500 in classroom style. The maximum capacity is 1200 people.

Hämylä’s Vaulted Cellar

The cosy, brick-lined vaulted cellar at Hämylä is a great example of the range we offer. This atmospheric venue can be booked for meetings, meals or even wine tastings, and seats 16 people.

Where Meeting & Relaxation Meet

The Famous Traditional Smoke Sauna!

Our renowned smoke sauna sits by the lake, right next to Ikaalinen Spa. It’s a popular choice for more informal meetings – or the perfect finishing touch to your day, after dinner.

The space comfortably seats 20–25 people for dining. Facilities include two changing rooms, two shower rooms and two toilets.

In addition to these, our meeting services include smaller breakout rooms as well as a wide variety of lounge and restaurant spaces.

Everything You Need for a Successful Meeting

All our spaces include free Wi-Fi, a video projector (except Lehmus) or equivalent, and either a flipchart or a whiteboard. Some rooms are also equipped with a CD/DVD player, sound system and printer, and may offer a TV, microphone, stage or speaker stand.
