The event included a dedicated storage area in the changing rooms and a private registration desk in the lobby. The meeting rooms and the Arena provided the right setting for both smaller groups and the full assembly. “The recipe was clear: support was easy to get, and the staff were on top of everything.”

Dining that hit the mark

While meals were paid individually, the dinner at Kyrös restaurant received plenty of praise from participants. “Special diets were handled flexibly – the staff guided us and created suitable dishes with no trouble at all. The dinner was delicious and a perfect highlight for one of the event evenings.”
