Receptionist
We’re looking for a cheerful customer service professional and team player to join us for a lively summer season – someone who’s solution-oriented, calm under pressure, and thrives in a dynamic environment.
Ideally, you have relevant education and/or previous experience in reception work or other customer service roles. You communicate clearly and warmly, always greeting guests with a positive attitude and a smile. You’re fluent in Finnish and English. We’ll provide training for the Hoist HotSoft system – experience with other hotel systems is an advantage. A valid hygiene passport is required.
You’ll have the opportunity to work with a wide range of guest groups in a vibrant and event-filled setting, supported by fantastic colleagues. Our reception team also looks after meeting guests and runs the hotel’s R-kiosk.
