As another new year approaches, it’s the perfect moment to pause and reflect on the past twelve months.
For us, 2024 has been a year full of experiences, joy, development and renewal – and above all, unforgettable moments shared with you.
Thank you for being part of our journey – and welcome along for the ride in 2025!
✨ Highlights from 2024
🎶 A year full of events
From top gigs in spring and autumn to summer festivals and many other happenings, this year brought a vibrant atmosphere to our resort. We’ve been proud to host such a wide variety of events – and the development continues in 2025. Next year will again be filled with incredible performances, dance nights with stars, and our hugely popular Kesäehtoo Festival, which will return as a three-day event.
⚒️ A year of renewal
This year, even the renewed kept renewing – and we launched (and completed) several major projects.
Our Spa Bar and Restaurant Kyrös got a fresh new look, the WoW room renovations were completed, and demolition work began on the old spa building. These tangible changes take us closer to our long-term goal: becoming the most exciting spa hotel in the Nordics.
❤️ This is where new people are made!
One of our most joyful campaigns this year was reviving the classic slogan “This is where new people are made”.
Now brought into the world of the renewed Ikaalinen Spa & Resort, the phrase found new life. The campaign holidays are soon to be claimed – and by the looks of it, we may already have helped create a few new lives...
🤝 The power of collaboration
None of 2024 would have been possible without our amazing staff and partners. Running a privately-owned Finnish spa hotel takes a lot of dedicated people – and we thank every one of our team members and collaborators for another successful year.
